he Sahayadri Nature Club of Saintgits College of Engineering organized an
inspiring webinar on 11th September at 8:00 PM with the renowned social activist
Medha Patkar Ji as the resource person. The session commenced with a prayer
song by the S3 students, which set a serene and respectful atmosphere for the
event. The webinar aimed to raise awareness among students about
environmental conservation, social justice, and the importance of community
participation in sustainable development.
Following the opening, Medha Patkar Ji delivered an enlightening talk on various
environmental and social issues, drawing insights from her decades of activism
and leadership in movements such as the Narmada Bachao Andolan. Her words
